Terms of Service
Welcome to Dwella. By creating an account, you agree to these terms. We've tried to keep them short and human.
What Dwella is
Dwella is a companion app for the mental load of motherhood. Sage is an AI that helps you track, remember, and gently surface the things you care about. Sage is supportive, not a replacement for medical, legal, financial, or therapeutic advice.
Your account
You're responsible for keeping your sign-in details safe. Don't share your account. If you notice unauthorized access, email support@app-dwella.com. You must be at least 18 to create an account.
Subscriptions and billing
- The Founders Launch is a one-time payment for lifetime access, available to the first 200 members.
- Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel.
- You can cancel any time from Settings → Manage subscription. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Refunds are handled case by case — email us within 14 days and we'll work with you.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see your full card number.
Acceptable use
Please don't use Dwella to harass anyone, share illegal content, or attempt to access other users' data. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that do.
What we promise (and don't)
We aim for Dwella to be reliable, but we can't guarantee zero downtime or that Sage will always remember exactly the right thing. Use Dwella as a companion, not as a single source of truth for things like medication schedules or legal deadlines.
Ending things
You can delete your Dwella from Settings → Delete my Dwella at any time. We can also close accounts that violate these terms.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms in a meaningful way, we'll let you know via email or in-app. Small edits (typos, clarifications) we'll just update.
