Privacy, in plain language

Dwella holds the mental load with you — and we treat what you share like it matters, because it does. This is what we store, what we don't, and how to take it all back.

What Sage remembers

When you talk with Sage, we store the things she needs to be helpful:

  • Your name, your partner's name, your kids' names and ages
  • Schools, tuition schedules, appointments you've asked her to track
  • Small joys you've shared — your coffee order, flowers you love, music that grounds you
  • Conversational memory, including private notes like the first day of a period if you've told her

You can edit or delete any of this from Settings at any time.

What we never share

  • We don't sell your data. Not now, not ever.
  • We don't share your conversations with your partner unless you explicitly hand off a task.
  • Period memory is private to you. It is never surfaced to a partner or to anyone else.
  • We don't use your personal content to train public AI models.

Calendar sync

Dwella does not host its own calendar. When you sync with Apple Calendar or Google Calendar, events are written to your phone calendar and live there. We only keep the references needed to keep Sage helpful (event title, time, owner). You can disconnect a calendar at any time.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. We keep a customer ID and your subscription status so Sage knows your plan is active.

Children

Dwella is for moms. Children do not have their own Dwella accounts. The only information we store about kids is what you choose to share with Sage to help her help you.

Deleting your Dwella

From Settings → Delete my Dwella, you can permanently remove your account. Everything goes: profile, kids, interests, calendar links, conversation memory. There is no soft-delete and no archived copy. It usually takes a few seconds.
